High-Level Competition

Our Catalyst teams are made up of athletes who are passionate, dedicated, and relentless in their pursuit of greatness. Our players, along with our expert coaches, work together to create an environment of respect, discipline, and drive. This commitment enables us to compete at the highest levels locally, regionally, and nationally.

From the Fall competition season through the Summer, our athletes train and compete year-round. We offer a structured and rigorous schedule, including a Fall competition season, Winter training and competition opportunities, optional Spring training, and a full Summer competition season—ensuring our players are always ready to perform at their peak.

Our program includes flexible Winter training options to accommodate multi-sport athletes, ensuring that every player can continue developing their skills regardless of their other commitments.

Training and Competing with the Best:

We have carefully designed a competition schedule and development plan that positions our players for success at every level, while also giving them the opportunity to be seen by collegiate coaches.

As part of our holistic approach to player development, we’ve partnered with SportsRecruits to provide our athletes with invaluable exposure and access to the college recruiting process. Our athletes also benefit from Recruiting Seminars offered throughout the year, ensuring they are well-prepared and educated on the steps to take in their pursuit of playing at the collegiate level.

We don’t just aim to compete; we aim to dominate, on and off the field, while setting our players up for future success in the world of collegiate athletics.

Empowered Environment

At Catalyst Softball, we prioritize our athletes as people first. We believe in creating a nurturing, empowering environment that allows young women to thrive—both as athletes and as individuals. Our program was founded by former collegiate softball players who had transformative experiences on their club and collegiate teams. What made those experiences truly special was the opportunity to be their authentic selves—confident young women surrounded by others who shared similar goals, working together to achieve greatness.

Our potential as athletes was unlocked because of the supportive atmosphere created by passionate players and coaches. This same philosophy is at the core of Catalyst Softball. Our dedicated coaching staff, many of whom are former collegiate athletes, fosters a positive environment where mentorship, autonomy, and inclusivity are central. We encourage our players to embrace their unique qualities and support one another in their personal and athletic journeys.

While our program is designed to provide the high-level training necessary to develop elite softball players, our ultimate focus is on developing confident, well-rounded individuals. We believe that the lessons learned on the field translate directly into success off the field, and we are committed to guiding our players not just in their softball development but in their growth as young women.

Our goal is to empower each athlete with the confidence to continue developing physically, socially, and emotionally—both during their time with Catalyst Softball and in their lives beyond the game. By providing a positive, supportive atmosphere, we ensure that every player has the tools and resources to succeed in life after softball, fostering a sense of belonging and self-assurance that will last a lifetime.

2025-2026 Club Fees: A High-Value Investment in Your Athlete's Future

At Catalyst Softball, we understand that club sports are an investment and we arecommitted to making every dollar matter. Our fees reflect the elite level of training, resources, and opportunities our athletes receive year-round. We are proud to offer one of the most comprehensive softball development programs in the Midwest, unmatched by any other.

What Your Club Fee Includes

Your annual club membership covers far more than just practices and tournaments. Here is what makes the Catalyst experience a true value:

  • Year-Round ETS Performance Training:

    • 2x/week team-specific strength & conditioning sessions with a certified ETS Performance trainer - included in your fees

    • Independently, this would cost over $2,600/year ($219/month) - our athletes receive it as part of their membership

    • Softball-specific focus: injury prevention, movement efficiency, explosive power, and recovery

  • 24/7/365 Access to Catalyst Sports Lab:

    • Catalyst athletes receive unlimited, year-round access to our state-of-the-art, softball-specific facility - included in their club fees. No reservations, no time limits, no additional charges.

    • We are proud to offer one of the only softball-exclusive training environments in the Midwest that serves as both our training home and a full-access resource for our athletes.

    • Use of turf space, bullpens, batting cages, weight room, recovery tools, and study lounge - completely free and unlimited for players

    • True Value Comparison:

      • If you were to rent just 2 hours/week at our facility as a non-club member at the standard $30/hour rate + 8.38% MN sales tax, here’s what that looks like:

        • $32.51/hour per lane/cage rental

        • $32.51/hour × 2 hours/week = $65.02/week

        • $65.02/week × 4 weeks = $260.08/month

        • $260.08/month × 12 months = $3,120.96/year

      • That’s over $3,100/year in facility access alone - just to get a fraction of access that Catalyst players receive unlimited, 24/7/365 - included in your club fees. There is truly no other club in the Midwest that offers this kind of consistent, elite-level access to their athletes.
