2024-25 ARM DEVELOPMENT & CARE PROGRAM
Catalyst Softball Arm Development & Care Program focuses on building strong, healthy arms for softball players while boosting throwing velocity. Utilizing tools like Jaeger Bands, plyo balls, long toss, and soft tissue work, this program is designed to enhance both arm strength and throwing efficiency.
The Catalyst HP Arm Development Program aims to elevate position players by refining all aspects of throwing. This includes building arm strength, developing various throwing techniques, honing efficient mechanics, and simulating in-game high-velocity throws specific to each position on the field.
Program Goals:
-
Educate athletes on the mechanics of arm movement.
-
Establish position-specific throwing protocols to follow weekly.
-
Build a chronic workload foundation to carry into the season.
-
Develop arm maintenance protocols to maintain arm health throughout the season.
-
Foster a competitive environment that replicates position-specific throwing situations.
-
Enhance high-end arm strength to execute competitive throws in any game scenario.
-
Maximize throwing velocity and overall arm power.
