Club softball coach | contracted position

One of the top, young and growing club organizations in the Midwest, Catalyst/Starters Softball, is looking to hire paid head and assistant club coaches for the upcoming 2023-24 season! 

​

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous instruction/club or high school coaching experience

  • Previous softball sport experience and knowledge

  • Ability to work well with girls ages 8 to 18-years-old

  • Availability for practices, tournaments, etc.

  • Ability to execute summer season

​

What We Offer:

  • Contracted position with three direct deposit payments

  • Paid and organized travel, lodging, rental cars, per diem, etc.

CATCHING instructor | part-time position

We are looking to hire part-time catching instructors to work at our Burnsville, MN facility! The instructor we are looking for would instruct individual and small group lessons.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous softball instruction/coaching experience - catching specific

  • Previous softball sport experience and knowledge

  • Availability throughout weeknights and possible weekends

​

What We Offer:

  • Part-time position paid hourly via direct deposit payments

  • Guaranteed filled hours and flexibility - you can put in your own availability via our MindBody scheduling system

  • Starters Sports Training facility, all equipment, and technology access (Rapsodo, HitTrax, Blast Motion, GameSense)
